Project: Voting Rights Act Display
This project was 10' x 8' and 8' tall and displayed in the back entrance of the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk's main office in Norwalk. The display took a few weeks to design, print and mount before it was finally unveiled.
It was a celebration of 50 years since the Voting Rights Act was passed.
The final project was printed in house and assembled using foam board to make certain items pop off the wall.
I created the project on Illustrator and Photoshop. It featured a test used to make it harder to vote and a "I Vote Because" poster that people would fill out and post on social media.
There was also a looped video playing on the TV monitor on the top right side.
